Still White AOP Alsace – 2013 Vintage
Pale gold colour with golden hues and nice legs on the rim. A rich and exuberant aromatic palette. The bouquet is intense and offering an explosion of exotic fresh fruits, rose and delicately spicy (clove). Full-bodied wine, with solid structure and a round fullness.
Reception wine, spicy Provence dishes, fragrant exotic dishes, lightly sugared desserts, fruit pies. In addition, it is the ideal partner for Asian cuisines such as Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Thai and Indian and salty-sweet meals.
